We do not offer refunds. If your product arrives damaged, you can exchange it for another product. -
Reporting Damaged Products:
- Customers must notify us of any damage within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order details and evidence of the damage (photos/videos).

- The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
